try alpha1 release, also under windows or linux, for testing romset.
No, I have only tested it on DC .Originally Posted by chui
I saw the news that someone had ported the mame4all to psp , and would anyone port this emu to P$2? Maybe P$2 could get a better perfomance on emulating the ARC games sinces P$2 has larger RAM than DC has.
It seems that there are a lot of tiny graphic errors on emulating CPS games , many tiles are wrong.

Yes , I have tried alpha 1 version , but the copatability is still poor , a lot of games could not run. The Rockman(Megaman,CPS1 game) could not run on DC ,but it could run under Windows.Originally Posted by chui

Many classic games could not start because I could not insert a coin.
It is a far long way to make it run decently.
I've rebuilt the room with MAME4ALL_clrmame.dat , but the emu still failed to open some roms such as cabal and contra , why ?
I dont know, i am not a romset guru.
I Wonder why not use the newest drivers and romsets ?
The newest resource code of mame is too complicated and it is not as easy as old source code to port to DC, right ?
I dont know what happen but i played to Cabal yesterday and works fine.
I just visited the GP mame forum , it is said that GP was not powerful enough to emulate the CPS Q sound. Is it possible for DC to emulate CPS games' Q sound with full speed ?
I think that GP and DC can emulate CPS1 with Q-Sound, maybe we have to reduce quality a bit, but only its my opinion.
I want Cadillac & Dino with sound too, its the one that no sound?
