    psp PCEP 0.82a3 - PC Engine Emulator for PSP Released

    TurboGrafx-16/PCEngine/CD emulator for Sony PSP has been updated. Changes:
    - fixed bug which prevented screen magnification.

    Thanks for the heads up folks, I've replaced the corrupt download with a good one. Hopefully that should fix things.
