    idk y but in my rom screen no romz r shown, i have to memeriz them in alphabetical order but they r working, is there any way i can fix that im on 2.5

    Just curose as how u r going to speed it up and how fast the ported emu will play after everything is done? Its probaly a better aproach to make it from scratch like monkey withch i suspose in the end will run faster.

    its not an issue of speed here smart stuff... there is a lot that goes into emulation, there needs to be a dynamic recompiler reprogrammed for PSP so that it can compile the game on a frame to frame basis..

    also the rendering engine isnt quite made for psp now is it?? it was a computer port using driver DLL's for computer.. all of which would need to be modified for PSP usage, now.. it is possible that the PSMonkey emulator may end up faster in the long run, and it is possible that this emulator will be better then PSMonkeys, it all has to do with what is incorperated into the software.. if its left as a PC emulator (as it currently is) it will end up exactly the same.. if parts of it are modified and ported even farther into the PSP, it could far outpass Monkey64, its just a matter of who is going to program the never-ending code for the psp to understand..

    the other thing is, the Media Engine could vastly improve the emulation in a sence, the ME could be somewhat of a processing cache, or if anyone knows how, a pre-compiler for the 3d rendering.. it is still just a port of a PC program tho.

    but that general idea didnt stop the people that ported SNES9X, it needed to be rebuilt, and TYL is still just a port..

    ports work, but they arent the greatest just because it is possible to make somthing better when its made for PSP, and PSP alone..

    Wave Race 64 ---- playable; no land/sky textures, very slow framerate-----ecto
    Doom 64----gets to manage mempack screen, no further----ecto
    More games that don't work at all: Mace: The Dark Age, Mystical Ninja, Paper Mario----ecto

    someone over at pspupdates said ssb jap loads(but can't get in game or something)....something about it being smaller than the u version....going to try to trimm the us version dont want to download the jap version just to check this out....

    i think someone deleted my hex editor so i jsut download the jap version....only the [b3] one is under 12 mb, and i dont think the bad versions of roms works....my psp is charging so i cant try it...

    Bust-A-Move '99 - Annoyingly near to working , came as far as to starting up the first level but then the gfx for the little "canon" you shoot away balls with isnt visible and then the game just randomly crashes.

    Tetris64---------white screen with squares and then stucks!!

    Quest64--------black screen and psp shuts down after 1min

    Im going to try others now

    Army Men Air Combat - Ingame, Playable, slow- about 5 fps. Some textures messed up

    Batman Beyond Return of Joker - Ingame Playable, slow about 5 fps. No textures, just polygons.
