Who do you contact with regards to sites doing illegal stuff etc

Someone just asked me this and i havent a clue, i gather its to do with piracy of video games etc, i thought it was elspa but i may be totally wrong

The first place would be the sites host, as illegal activity would break most hosts T&C

Thats true, but really 90% of people on the Internet are thick.

Also if they are in a country where those laws do not apply, then really there is not much you can do...
