    Ok, I'm using PSP V 1.5.

To upload eboot files I'm using Sei PSP tool 0.5b

Extracted the SNES Emu V4. Has two files under version 1.5: SNES9xTYL and SNES9xTYL%

When using the eboot file from SNES9xTYL the Sei PSP tool locks up and doesn't load. If I use the eboot file from SNES9xTYL% it says its an invalid PBP file...

Anyone else having these problems, how can I get around this?

    Please help ^^

How about in terms of reliability? forget speed for a moment then which is better, Y or ty?
I'm not really analytical so i don't really see a difference. It's like Mp3's and Flac, I could care less what i'm listening too, as long as i can listen to it.

i really think you should all quit asking about Y's emu.. tyl is really just an evolved form of it.... tyl will be better in pretty much every aspect simply becasue more time has been spent on it and more is known about coding for the psp than was half a year ago.

I was just playing ff4, the us version like you (ff2).
I wanted to try and help you get it working better, because it's a great game.

The problem is though, I tried all the things you said: attacking with sword, watching monsters die, etc...
I went through changing every setting + the hack/debug menu...
But I couldn't even get the problems you are having!

You said about monsters have lines on them when they die...
But they fade away like that in the orriginal game anyway, but maybe it looks different on your screen.

    Sorry i couldn't help.

EDIT: btw, i'm using the ME version but I didn't think that would make a difference.

Also - Does anyone know how to stop the message boxes that say "3" from randomly popping up and slowing game, in final fantasy 6?
It's annoying having [3] appear every couple of minutes, almost halt gameplay for 1 second, then carrying on.

-_- don't use any tools, it is already ready to go...sei psp tool or any other are to used to turn 1.0 eboots into 1.5(making the % folder) if you already got one ready for 1.5 just copy the folder and folder% into your game folder.....
