It lets you see your PC screen on your PSP and control it remotely.

If Your Pc Had A Tv Tuner Card And U Used This Program Do You Think You Could Wach Tv On Your Psp With It Or Is This Just For Sending Files From One To The Other Without A Usb????

Perhaps, but with lag and no sound ... so it doesn't have any interest for this purpose. VNC client is used for remote access to your PC.

With VNC you can't send file, it's only a tool that display the screen of the PC on your PSP.
