AVEC GPS V4 Track Up Display Demo

Implemented 2D rotation routines to facilitate a new track up mode for the next release.

Yes, but it was too early, I think I wanted to release something on the 09/09/09

For V5, the track up display mode is the same speed
as North up mode. The rotation routine in V4 is much slower.

I am also working an a great overall speed improvement,
and I have a PSP-290 GPS device on the way,
so support for that device on new version PSP firmwares will be a priority.
