"How to get them not corrupted"

Tell us how which firmware you are using and how you are currently installing them.

you have the game file and then a random file that says this data is corrupted? or you don't even have a game file? if you have the first case the there are some programs to either sort out the corrupted fies to the end of your list or programs that can get rid of the corrupted data so it is not shown. if your problem is the second scenario that i said then you'll have to tell us what homebrew you are running and on what version psp.
