Over at Dreamcast.ES they have posted news of more releases for the Dreamcast:

Chui has updated the Allegro library, Dumb and Alpng so you can experiment with them. Remember that is a PREVIEW, Is not definitive, but errors have been fixed the previous published version.

To compile, put the folder in kos-ports, and thence Do make: D

Does this mean that something like this can be ported to the Dreamcast?

I certainly hope to see it if that's the case!!!

As I don't see any source, it would be up to the author to do it, or maybe allow someone else to by providing them with source. Assuming the author was interested, it would depend of the game as to how easy or difficult it would be to port. Just because they both use Allegro doesn't mean it's just a recompile... it might be that easy... or it could be impossible if the game is written with the assumption that it can load 200 MB of data files into RAM. Given the (small) size of the binary archive for the game, I would assume with no other info that it probably can be ported.

Hero's Quest or Space Hulk would be nice on the Dreamcast.
