Default Forcing 60hz on PAL Dreamcast

I am having trouble trying to find info on how to force the DC into 60hz on a PAL system. The only info i can find is regarding bridging R422. But this doesnt actually change it to 60hz. I think that is for NTSC users wanting to run PAL.

    Can anyone help?

The issue can be easily sorted with a cheat CD, mainly to boot and increase the screen size / frame rate... I stumbled upon that way back in 2000 with a cheat CD that had codes for at least 10 games but found it booted the Dreamcast with either the blue or orange swirl and increased speed for PAL consoles.
