i'm lost - where i begin?

hi, i was thinking about coding something for dreamcast and the result is that i'm completely lost...

i code using xcode on mac os and every link that should give me toolchains, is broken, every tutorial i can find gives me 404 error...

there is something just like a faq for mac users too?
a tutorial available or something else?

i don't know much about osx but i think gcc (native)
should be available, especialy if you use xcode
