Upgrade to OFW?

So here's my dilema...

I Have 5.50 Gen-2b currently. Now i have a Custom Gran Turismo ISO (With the Decrypted EBOOT) so i can play it on this firmware but my Cars i received when i pre-ordered it and custom audio tracks don't work,though to use my UMD I Need Firmware 6.00 Or Higher.

So,Do i Install OFW? Does the TIFF Exploit still work? If i rip my UMD (I Downloaded the ISO im Using) will the Audio and cars work? Any Ideas?
