is there a way i can play homebrew games on firmware 2.0 without the gta game?

He did not say that, he said without the GTA exploit. I would recommend downgrading to the 1.5 frimware, if you know how. But if you want to keep 2.0 frimware functionality like the web browser, then there is nothing else you can do.

The 2.0 eloader doesn't require a game because it runs through the TIFF exploit.

thanks for the replies!!
my psp is originally 1.5 but i upgraded to 2.0.. which i then downgraded to 1.5 inorder to play the homebrews..
however there are so many functions on 2.0 that i miss.. like the languages, web browser, photo to bakground (pspersonalise is quite limited) etc..
i heard there is a crack with the gta game.. but then you guys have mentioned eLoader v2.0
so can u guys provide more details on this please!
