bsp map creator????

Does anyone know where i can get a bsp map creator so i can start creating maps for the new iris. i know such thing exists as the same program is used to modd quake maps. if anyone doe sknow can you post a link. thanks

ok what im trying to do is copy a .map file from a game into .bsp so i can use it on the halo iris mod. except it askes to to input the textures but the textures are already in the .map file, is there any way to extract theres tectures to use.
