    textures dont seem to work but the graphics of the characters are still visible, so i got player models with no texture atm just outline

    yeah I can c the models to but no textures, also how do i no which skin is the real one and which one is the extra skins?

    if you open them you can see various parts of the body however the yoshi one just has random dots for the nose

    Yeah but there are many diff skins, does it matter which one i use?

    its not as easy as eng said
    1. u need to have faststone image viewer and photoshop.
    2. open the character skin and wepeon skin in faststone and save them as tga images.
    3. open photoshop and turn them into rgb 24 bit images

    that should do it
    but if you want some already done then check my sig

    Q2 models ARE an IRIS friendly format.

    Sorry for the spam but has anyone heard anything about the Master chief that that kid is making. Has he released a beta yet? BTW iris looks great and hopefully it will only get better in the future.
