I have an idea but I need a little help

Hello I'm new to these forums and even though ... my PSP is fw 2.70 *cough* Sucky *cough* I still check the news. And a few days ago I came across a Chao Garden game(Been playing Sonic games since I was 3 and I've always loved the chao garden), and it was for lua players. So I asked the creator if he wouldn’t mind making it in to a flash game as well for the 2.70 users and he said sure if I get him the stuff he needed... Heh, from there I got kind of lost so what would I need to port this game from Lua to Flash and if you could help me out with putting it together that would be a great help.

P.S I'm unsure if it should be in here or Development if it doesn’t belong here please shut it down because I'm posting in there too.
