Unhappy Flash cart Parallel port problems?

    Hi im new here,
I bought a flash cart from ebay and got it today.
I set it up just as they told me, and they say to simply go onto "add game" then on burn, but when i click on burn it comes up with what i think is an error. (but its just a load of rubbish jargon letters)

I think its a problem with it not recognizing the gba from the parallel port (parallel port cable given) because the cart already has a load of small games on it that dont appear on the client (magic flash), and i would assume these would show up so i could delete them?

Please could i have help on this as it is VERY frustrating?

The cart was bought off ebay from gameswebshop.net. (it is there own make cart)
I have contacted them but hope u guys can help first!

    Thanx

As you can see the text is just a load of jargon!?

Reading up on this, i thinnk its something to do with windows xp not automatically recognising things that are plugged into the parallel port?

    Anyone?

ive noticed that windows xp doesnt really use paralell ports anymore, so, unless youve got a system with an older OS like windows 98, i guess youre screwed.
