It was over $450 bucks ... I don't want to spend that much, so I guess I have a new question. I know you can't downgrade with the GTA loader ... but it there any hope for me? I have a V 2.6 PSP.

hope for what,
you can still play some homebrew using the gta loader, but no downgrades for 2.01+

I don't own GTA, what I'm wondering is will it ever be posible to downgrade or do I buy a 2.00/1.50?
Is there any other system I could use? I know the PSP is easy to use ... I haven't had much luck with my GBA.

Here are your options-
1. Buy GTA (come on it's not that much money).
2. Buy a BLACK 2.00 or 1.5 psp for around $250. (having it be white is not worth an extra $200)
3. Buy WHITE 2.00 or 1.5 psp for around $450.
