Once you have converted it (you dont need a mac by the way, any pc will do) put it in the filder on the root of your memory stick, I think the folder is called 100mv01 or something like that

And then you can play the movie from the video menu!

Use PSP Video 9 , it's the best converter out there.

yeah, it converts and transfers the videos for you, so you don't have to mess with mp_root and all the directories

If you have a Mac and you're not sure what to use you can use VisualHub (not free) you can also use iSquid I think it's called, you can convert the movies very easily and then just move them either on to the VIDEO or 101MVN01 (i think) folder.
