The only free legal stuff for psp is called HOMEBREW
Ill just remind you that talk of iso's and warez is a voilation of the rules. Ive already had to close three threads today about that.
And im not saying this one was headed in that direction.
Just a friendly reminder. No iso or warez talk please.

This is just my opinion.
And realize that my opinion doesnt reflect the over all opinion of dcemu.
But movies are not video game piracy.
Not in my eyes, I mean people will download movies and music anyway.
So I never crack down on that.
warped opinion?, maybe.
But I wasnt set loose to change the world.
I download movies myself

Ok it's called psp movie creator. And the file format is mpeg-4

well my brothers got a Mac and can convert to MP4 but thats all i know so far
