I have just created PATS (PSP Anti Theft System).

PATS is a psp protection system, when someone else plugs in your PSP they will have to enter a password or else there IP will automatically be sent to you.

Nothing in this package is mallicous and WILL NOT harm your computer in ANY way. Please read the 'readme.txt' file for further information and full installation instructions.

PATS Version 2 has now been released!

Changes:
Added a 'password' box!
Ditched the registry!
Ditched the .bat file and am now using .vbe (MUCH more features)
If password is correct an explorer window will automatically open.

news flash... the only way this should work is if you have autoplay turned on for the drive letter your psp/card reader gets assigned...

I don't particularly like autoplay so it wouldn't work if I stole your PSP >

So now all the psp thiefs out there will ahve to format your memory card and lose your saved data.
It is a good system in that anyone who steals a psp is stupid so they would fall for this.
But if they have an iq above 10 "they would not steal if they had this" but none the less this would not work.
It only works in windows xp right?

i had cracked some mem. card protection and ill try it later if it works.

to me this is one of the only things we can use for anti thef on psp.

When it says in the readme please change the fake email address and replace it with yours, i open the index.htm in notepad and do i change the whole thing to that email address or leave this part in: <META **********="Refresh" CONTENT="0; URL=http://
