DC : EU & A version

Hi , im a european , and i wanna buy a dc console from E-BAY.
I noticed , that the logo differs than the EU version.
EU version , has blue logo & american version has red.

If i buy the version with the red logo , what kind of cable i have to buy?

Probably a convertor for the power supply, and make sure your tv supports 60Hz if you intend on playing US games.

And some other might have additional stuff that you should keep in mind that I forgot.

The easiest thing would still be to get a Pal console, the DC does not require modding to play import games anyway.

If your reasoning to buy an American system is for importing, there's alternatives.
