What's wrong with the site?

What the hell is wrong with the site?

New posts are getting shown on the first page rather than at the last page.

The dates are wrong (june 5th)

And the pm service is not working at all.

It says please wait 44000 seconds before posting a new pm

Can someone please explain what is going on?

I tried to pm darksavior but as my pm is not working I had to resort to posting this
