Last night I was thinking to myself , can you make an emulator using flash? If possible, a mega drive emulator? Is anyone up for the job? If so. Please PM Me.

As I'm guessing that you know little (Or nothing) about flash programming, I'll be nice in my response.

No.

Flash is little more than multiple pictures and some very basic code to animate them. Emulation is impossible using flash.

You'll just have to keep waiting for a 2.70+ exploit if you want to use emulators.

Asking questions is always good, and it would be a cool idea if possible.

Since you said there Flash is "little" more than...
you do know that there is some minor functionalities w/Flash, however I do agree with you. There is no way to create a Flash driven Emulator.
