Error running downloaded games

So up until a couple of days ago my psp was running downloaded games fine and now the last 2 games i downloaded have come up with 'The game could not be started (80020148)'

I have tried updating the firmware and am currently running 4.01 M33-2. Its a slim psp and I think it is a 2000 model but cannot be positive unless someone knows of somewhere it is marked on the console?

If anyone can think of any possible solutions to my problem please let me know
