Hello i hope you can help me i have got a psp but the only problem with it it is broken i have sent letters,emails etc for sony but they will not reply to them so i have sent my psp insuracne covered and gear but they have not replied within 2 weeks if someone can help what to do say or a good email adderess to the manger this would help me loads

Did you try to return it to the store you got it from or is it too late? I have insuracne on my 360 if it goes down the store will have to give me a new one.
