this might work: http://wiki.pocketheaven.com/Max_Overload
I don't have one and I'm wondering the same things as you.
I have DS_GBC, SNESDS, and Nester DS .nds things. I need to know if anyone can test this .nds files on their NDS/whatever, because I do not yet have the Max Media Dock (my Homebrew device of choice), and I need to know if they work or not so I can fix them.
If they work, tell me, as I am linking to them. If they work or not, feel free to keep them.
Thanks to anyone that can help.

Wow, I read a review about the Max Dock and it was horrible. I don't know if Max Overload helps, but th review said it was just like any other system for running homebrew, except that its new and isn't supported by as many homebrew apps. I wish you the best of luck. Please let me know how it goes.
Can I get a link to the review.Originally Posted by blackfly

Hmm. Max Overload can probably take it down. We'll need to see, eh?
And yes. I know my name ended up as "The HOMbrew Hunter".
Max Overload DOES change .nds to .pat AND reads from Flashcard or HDD, and not DS slot...hmm. Maybe.
If not I'ma tossing it back to selling for a...uh...Passkey or something.
Also, tell me if you need me to .pat them and etc. I don't understand the program though. If someone can make it a little more...understandable, that'll help. Thanks.
Yeah, I'm confused about it as well.Originally Posted by The Hombrew Hunter
I read somewhere that it comes with a PC application that you use to convert it to a .pat name.
Do you put the "Max Overload v1_0.nds" onto the HDD and then the .pat files
I did but I need to look into it more tomorrow or the next day. Then I'll updATE IT. stupid CAPS LOCK.
What i understand is you put the Max Overload v1_o.nds onto the HDD then the roms you patched with the software, then you open the max overload on the DS and it lets you play the .pat files. If I'm wrong please correct me since I'm just guessing that it's what you do.
I'll try. if so that will make all hb kick ASSES.
Yay.
