Well that works out exactly $250 so right where it should have always been, still without homebrew it's no use to me and probably sold out at that price but i might consider it.
Entertainment retailer HMV has dropped the price of the PSPgo to GBP 148.99 in the UK.
The handheld hardware was first launched at the start of October with an RRP of GBP 224.99, but retail quickly slashed the price to below GBP 200 after less than a week on sale.
While larger retailers were happy to initially sell the console, smaller stores were more vocal about the machine, with Chips MD Don McCabe going so far as to predict the hardware would"fail miserably" without traditional boxed software support at retail.
Although sales have been modest, Sony has been praised for taking an early lead with a console that relies purely on digital content, with many expecting the industry to turn to increasingly turn to download-only models for future revenue.

Would a homebrew breakthrough save the PSPGo, its weird but i do reckon that homebrew would be extremely good for the PSPGo, who agrees or disagrees ?

Astounding, so old HMV have decided to cut the price of the PSP Go? Good to hear, but it was cut back some more like another £10-£20, then I'd might get one for sure. Still, it's better than the full £225 which fails. I wonder how long this cut will last though?
EDIT: As of 21:40 GMT, it seems the price has gone right back up to £200. Great shame.
