NeeDS v001
KLK has released a New Nintendo DS emulator for windows which is based on the DeSmuME source code.
New features :
1. Simplified Chinese, and the menu reorganization
2. Keyboard / mouse since definition
3. Screen shrinking and enlarging
4. Small optimization

i tried it, all the menu choices are not in english.
and doesnt have the fixes(FATlib support) that Normatt added to DeSmuME continuations thats hosted on sourceforge, so its pretty useless for me.

its just likke DeSmuME not much of a difference. Man they gotta come out with new emulators
