Need Help with DGEN 1.60

okay, I have a 1.50 FW PSP and here's everything I did.

I downloaded the emu from this board.

I unzipped it.
I placed the two files
DGEN_____________...
DGEN__~1%
into my game folder, it came up with an error.

I then renamed the folders to:
DGEN...
DGEN~1%

still didn't work, what am I doing wrong here?


and no, I didn't put any roms in the folder yet.
