Questionable PSP mods? can you do this with the mod chip?

Are these possible with the modchip and the new "flash biOS" for the PSP? I have never seen the new text mods and new startup sounds and etc. before...
If a 2.71 PSP had the modchip and new biOS, could it do that?

all those mods are done on 1.5 so if you have the chip with 1.5 on it you can do them

yep all possible on 1.5, so yes possible with the chip. Your last link is my gameboot but not my font.
