You just copy the contents of 1.0, not 1.5.
So I recently got into PSP hb and emulation a couple days ago after being totally oblivious to the subject even though i was active with SNES/PSX emulation back in the day. After reading many topics, I downloaded SNES9xTYL, using the tiff exploit with eLoader .97 and eMenu. However I am using an old version of snes9xtyl, v0.3 to be exact, and the games are very slow with sound. So I looked into getting the newer version (0.4.2), however when I downloaded this, the file had two folders, one 1.0 and 1.5. When I copy these into my PSP, eMenu does not load, saying they are hb. What should I do in order to get 0.4.2 working?
You just copy the contents of 1.0, not 1.5.
Thanks for the reply,
I tried copying only the 1.5 folder in, but it still didn't work. When I tried to start it from eMenu, it just said "Couldnt open eboot.pbp", and took me back to the menu. Any ideas?
You only copy the 1.0 folder if you're using eloader. If you copy the 1.5 folder, it won't work.

er, i meant to say i copied the 1.0 folder, but nothing happened and it couldnt load the eboot file. under eMenu it doesnt even recognize anything inside the folder, and says its not hb.
just copy the folder:
uncompress the file, then open the psp folder then open th game folder, on game folder you drop ONLY folders that is 1.0 and has the name of the homebrew or emu inside the folder that is named 1.00. understood?
