installing emulator help

i have a psp with 2.5 firmware, i dont know much about how to hack my psp, it took me a week to figure out how to put pics and mp3s into it. can some1 plz show me how to install mame with roms into it, i am scared to try anything because my psp was a gift from a loved one so i dont want to ruin it. i would love a n64 emulator wit mario 64 on it, even snes. plzzzz help me sum1

well i dont know much about this (cause i have a 1.5 ), but i suppose you have to get first a GTA LCS an use the fanjita eboot loader, then get a SNES emulator and some roms...

p.s. dont upgrade to 2.6 please
