Neo Geo Emulator question

I've downloaded the self-boot inducer version of the Neo Geo emulator, I just have a couple of qurestions.

1. What program is best to burn it to disc with
2. Do I put the roms onto the same disc? if so where do they go? do i have to createa folder for them to go into?
3. Do I need the Binary version as well as the Self Boot Inducer version or will either do?

Well considering this is in the Dreamcast Gaming, Homebrew and Emulation forum I'd of thought it would be Dreamcast

1. i use nero, but if you have nero 6 use DOA image, but you can use discjuggler or CDRecord
2. not sure, which neogeo emu are you useing? (there are 5)
3. either will do (but u need dream inducer, for the sbi)
