I know that the Devhook only emulates upto 2.5 firmware, but Im also aware that it will play 2.6+ reliant games aswell. Does this mean that I will be able to play tekken dr with this method. I have 1.5 japanese PSP running the latest devhook. I would love to know if this is possible, rather than import the game and be unable to play it. Thanks.

I got that the first time I used it.
Put a umd in the drive and you should be fine.

i do have a UMD in.

edit: nvm its working now , but one question do u have to redo the 2.50 settings everytime u start devhook?? when it reboots the psp??

Nope, only once.....the PSP thinks that it's new because it's the first time u were using that firmware, i completely forgot that when i decided to use 2.00 for some odd reason

Hi All,

Downgrading yes it works.

I recently downgraded my factory 2.5 to 1.5 using Downgrader2.50-2.60ENFULL.exe from psp-hacks.
The 1.5 dump is already there, and i didnt upgrade to 2.6 before downgrading.

I also used devhook042a.rar to play my GTA UMD that req`d fw2.5. It runs like i have 2 psps a 1.5 and a 2.5 when i need it, its a great program.

At the moment everything is working perfect,

Has eany body gotten this massege. i just got Capcom Classic Colection and after using devhook it sayd upgrade automatically next time game used so i dare not use it now.
