VMU backup CD: Help!

I know I'm a total noob for asking this, but

how do I copy minigames from the vmu backup cd to my vmu? google hasn't helped me, and neither has random button mashing...

if I remember well, you need a coder's cable. If you don't have one, you can dowload a vmu savegame/game compilation such as "VMU_CD_DREAM_ON" or "Dream_Explorer_085_by_Speud_DJ" or else "Famitsu Dreamcast VM Data Issue (JP)".

WOW, I feel stupid.
what are those files/cd's, and are they relatively easy to use with a new dreamcast?

what do you mean with "new dreamcast" ? a no mil-cd dreamcast ?
