get dev hook from the dev hook forum (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/sho...d.php?t=27829). the installation is all in the readme. it emulates 2.5 so you'll be able to run gta!

Im afraid to try this, I have a blue scribble in the top right of the UMD drive...thats it....there is no "IC1003" or anything like that. Has anyone had the same experience as me? Please report back to me, I really want to try this without destroying the thing! Ha ha!
