OMFG i still dont belive it worked!!! Downgraded jap PSP from 2.6 to 1.5!! I've used downgrader package from psphacks.

I bought it with 2.5 and upgraded to 2.6 - now I got 1.5

u guys used how much memory?? i only have a 32mb memory stick is it enough?

If you have a 1.50 dump, copy the DOWNDATER folder to the TOP LEVEL of your memory stick.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DUMP, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO RUN THIS PROGRAM. YOU MAY BRICK YOUR PSP.

For example, if your memory stick is O:\, copy it there.

This folder should contain two folders and two files:
DOWNDATER\DUMP\ (containing the 1.50 dump)
DOWNDATER\PRX\ (containing the 1.50 UPDATE .PRX files)
DOWNDATER\inputfl.bin
DOWNDATER\outputfl.bin

I was going to degrade it but I dont no if i have a dump or not, mainly because i dont no what a dump is. So can any1 please try to explain what dump is?

I cant find the model number in the UMD Slot, I really want to try this out but Im scared of bricking. I got my psp with 1.5 , upgraded to 2.6 . And I bought it in UK, if thats any help.

If it came with 1.50 then its 100% Downgradeable

BALLS! I just remembered I left LCS in my house... im at my dads now and cant test it out!
Im scared of bricking big time... cant afford another PSP at the moment... but im gonna try it. Ill post my results later when I get my effing copy of GTA.
