Can someone put up exactly what files are supposed to be in each of the folders because I'm finding slightly different guides...My biggest question is if all I need is the downdater folder I can bet from psp hacks and the downdatertest folder? The guide here asks for this:

This folder should contain two folders and two files:
DOWNDATER\DUMP\ (containing the 1.50 dump)
DOWNDATER\PRX\ (containing the 1.50 UPDATE .PRX files)
DOWNDATER\inputfl.bin
DOWNDATER\outputfl.bin

Can someone please clear this up for me?

Go to www.psp-hacks.com and get the 2.50 or 2.60 zip package with all files included which are necessary.

This is what I want to find out...The two folders in that pack (downdater and downdatertest) are all that I need as is? Just drop them where they belong in the psp?....and I dont need the 1.5 dump?

OUT OF ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE DOWNGRADED SUCCESSFULLY....CAN ONE OF YOU CLEAR THIS UP ALREADY?

drag and drop all the files from the zip to the memory stick,(first reformat the stick) then reinstall the e-boot loader, then make sure that the battery is full and the psp is plugged to the ac adapter.
then let it go. and presto, all done,
