Hi all

I bought a psp for my son and it came with the V2.60 firmware.

I've downloaded the relevant files to downgrade the firmeare but the guide states that in the root directory you will find a folder called psp (so far so good) and then it states that in this folder you go to the games folder.

I don't have a games folder, i have a savedata folder and a system folder.

The save data folder relates to world tour soccer. The system file i supposed is just part of the psp set up.

Can anybody help me as i bought a couple of disks of ebay with a load of games on that my son really waiting to play.

I'm using a 32meg card if this is relevant.

ic 6001 version 2.5... can it be downgrade to 1.5? and is there a need for the gta thing? is there other alternative?

damn! i broke my GTA UMD the other day & i updated to 2.6..dnt ask y! (iv always had a version 1.5) ok can i downgrade my 2.6 WITHOUT the GTA UMD or can i use my friends GTA USA version??....my psp was bought in jap if that helps..

Actually, can someone explain it as simple as possible, but in english, because I can't understand barely any of the guides because the grammar is so bad, I really can't understand them.

Holy $#@!, I got did it and it worked! I had to read 3 different guides to add up the english. But awww yeah, 1.50 baby! Thanks to everyone who made this happen!
