Default Strange question for the hard drive savvy...

Is it possible to create a hard drive cable that connects to a hard drive and the other half spout out as a compact flash card?

I'm curious because I have a hard drive I don't need and that I want to use in a compact flash drive (or m3 CF) for mass storage.

    IS IT POSSIIBBLLLEEE??

Nope. Those are readers. I want a cable that one end IS a compact flash card and the other end plugs into a hard drive.

Think I can rip apart a busted data CF card and modify it to connect to a hard drive?

Most experience I had was using a GBA rechargable battery pack and having a 2-D battery pack connected to it. Thus running on 2-D batteries to enchance the battery to let the GBA run longer with the Afterburner Backlight.

No, you are going to need a controller chip/circuit to actually transfer the data.
