PSP 2003 and IRShell

Hi guys, I'm trying to install IRShell for the first time on my PSP 2003 v3 and I have 3.50 CFWe atm. I'm using this guide to help me:

But I have a problem, at the bottom when it is explaining how to install irshell in CFWe 3.50 it says "First of all make sure these requirments are done before starting to patch

A-Fresh install of custom firmware enabler
B-The plugins loaded by game.txt are all disabled "

Could someone tell me how to do part b? I've already re-installed CFWe but I dont know how to disable plugins . Thanks guys

to disable the plugins, go to Recovery Menu. i.e. power button and L shoulder button.

I read somewhere that if there are many plugins (other than the one for irshell) enabled at the same time, it could act up irshell...

also, check out irshell.org for its manual - plenty of reading there.
