the downgrader can only be used via eloader and you cant use the eloader in the 2.71...

What is the easiest way to find out which GTA: LCS is the version that is unpatched?
I've been reading that for US version it's impossible to go with the ULUS number since it is the same.
I also wonder why the downgrader won't work with PSPs that have had the 2.60 firmware to begin with. Anyone know why? The motherboard issue sounds like Sony updated the hardware to make it harder to circumvent the security.

my psp is ic6001 ver 2.5...... can i downgarde it? or i must upgrade to 2.6 first ,then downgarde to 1.5?

first you have to check if its a ta-82 first and if its not you can downgrade
if it doesnt have that gold writing in the top right your psp is downgradable
by the way thats inside the umd tray
