    I live in the Bay Area in California, but I'm French (I was born their and my family is from there ) and btw, i dont have that French accent while speaking Amercian (i can do it though if you like )

    So what hardware version do you need to downgrade? IC1003 or the TA-83 one? Ive read both-mine says IC1003...
