Help using the downgrader...?

Hey i am considering downgrading to 1.5 and i just want to be sure that i understand where every file goes before i do. I know that you put the
Downdatertest file into psp/game on my mem stik
but im confused when it says put the file
downdater to the root of my mem stick, you see i
have two files on my psp one is called MP_ROOT
and the other is PSP so what i want to know is do i put the downdater file in the F:\MP_ROOT folder on my psp. I am sorry i have to ask silly question like this but i need someone to clarify if this is were i put the downdater file cos i am noob to all this.
