damnit its going even slower than 1% per minute! its going like 1% per 2-3 minutes!!!

EDIT: i timed it. its going friggin 1% PER 2 MINUTES.

i left my keyboard at 5:40 and it was at 52% then came back at 5:46 and it was at 55%.

I don't think your PSP needs to be 100% charged for the downgrade to work, just high.
