Make one with a baby strapped down to a dentist's chair with a large, dangerous-looking spike shredder hanging over him, reeking of impending doom.
That always gets folks fired up.
You don't need to know my mental status. You probably don't want to, either.

I Made Another Banner.
So??
i actually find them all bad, but the first one is the best.
i suggest you put the text a little bit bigger, and use blending options. somethin like
inner glow
opacity 75%
one color, no gradient. something like #e4950d
softer
edge
choke 1%
size, not too much, take something it covers about 33% of the surface
contour, use the default
range 66%
i would also remove the moons, or put just one at the left top corner. especially : DONT use two moons, it makes your banner too much something of a thight feeling
also, don't you have a higher resolution background picture of his head, it seems a little lumpty
i hope i've helped you, i hope you like what i said, maybe you disagree, but everyone likes other things
banner 1 is more artistic, 2 and 3 are to modified if you ask me, but 4 is good aswell, its simple, but still looks alright
