How can i get mi profile picture in here

Hi if eany body can help. Im trying to get a profile picture in here. And have had no good results it says url hosting not found or can upload a lot of things. I have tryid all formats of picturs and different size and nothing works. Any body have a clue on what i can do

Thanks so much ZION i tryed that with another web host and didnt work. Thats why i though it was something different. Got it to work with your advice. Thank you so much
