Well I have a DS, and i love it...especially now that i can play backups on my GBAMP (w00t go Triforce!) anyway, I have a friend that has a PSP and usually when he comes over he'll play my DS and ill play his PSP (unfortunatly he updated his to 2.71 before i mentioned homebrew...i think..) I must say i love burnout legends and socom is alright, but i guess thats because when it comes to FPS's or third person shooters, im more of a mouse-and keyboard person, not a controller person.....

But yea both systems have their good points and their bad points, so i think it all equals out in the end, so i dont really see the point of comparing them

Also, i dont have the quote but someone mentioned that this sounds like a Sony fanboy created this thread....well i agree

I can agree with yaustar with most points, but on the part about the tv part..extra cost.. Well you can use the ds lite on the tv with a new accessory coming out.

But, said extra cost. Well, for the DS to get most of the funtionalities of the PSP it needs a flash card. Which can cost anything from 80-150 dollars including needed accessories. Also, PSP is much more user friendly on these things. (For movies its alittle differant), but it just seems like dragging a mp3 into a music file isn't as hard as installing a program like moonshell. The DS is not for kids I agree, but has a lot more games with the ESBR rating below mature. Picture viewing and movie viewing are agreeable more "beautiful" on the PSP screen than DS or DS Lite.. The weight is obviously false for the lite. The PSP is very heavy. As far as sound quality goes, PSP is victor. If you went by specifications I am sure you could find dozens of segments of purely true statements of the PSP. Such as its technical power and RAM.

in reflection, I have both. I love the DS lite's sexy look and its "less" fingerprintable sheen has a cool factor. The PSP's movie playing lets me watch some nice stuff without lugging around a laptop or squinting at subtitles on the lite...

well its good if you have old psps but for the newer versions it gets harder to emulate stuff into them. I know you can use a calculator in the psp..big whoop. Now look at the ds..all ya need is a flash kart do a little modding and boom ya got 100% emulation of most major classic consoles + gameboy advance+ DS.. what could be better? i dont see many good Psp games coming out any how.

If you collapse the points there that are the same (view flash website, view flash animations, and has a flash player are not different 'ways' no matter how you space them out) and the ones that are outright false, you're not left with much.
