Help With Neo4all

I have tried on several occassions over the last few months to gather the files (according to the FAQ)that are needed to properly set up and use Neo4all, and have been unable to get it working. There are only a few Neo games that I really want to play, but I am very confused with all the files necessary to get the games to work, I cant seem to make it work

Can anyone help me?

I would be willing to financially compensate someone for their time and discs if they were to burn me working software, or self boot games for me. Please help.
